An ash tray decorated with boat ‘cartouch’ on cream ground and marked Aller Vale. It is just over 5 inches x 3 inches and has some glaze loss to rim. The motto reads ‘if you wish smiles and nothing more, don’t drop the Ashes on the floor’. This is a really unusual piece with a fantastic glaze.
